11/2006, Vietnam Japan Company signed a cooperation agreement with VIJALCO. Accordingly, VIJALCO Company has provided Vietnam-Japan machinery systems and equipment, raw materials for production of the aluminum door. Since May 06, 2007, the transfer of production technology and equipment operation is completed and the Company Vietnam Japan is ready to supply the market with this high quality aluminum products.
With the additional aluminum production, the Company Vietnam Japan will meet the demand for office buildings, commercial centers, high-use large glass wall, while diversifying the Company's product lines Vietnamese Japan.
Sound insulation, heat:
Made from aluminum profiles with insulating glass, and EPDM gaskets generation system synchronization hardware accessories, aluminum door with sound insulation properties, high thermal insulation.
Bearing good:
Insulated aluminum profile is for advanced materials used in manufacturing windows, doors, large glass wall. 3-layer system is composed of two shaped aluminum bar and demand insulating polymer material in between. In addition, the trench wall technique in structural aluminum bar was carefully calculated to create live reinforcement, drainage channels, sound-insulated space.
